The staff at Pee Dee Nephrology is here to serve your needs and we know that there’s a lot to review. It can be overwhelming to get started with a new physician and that’s why a consultation is a great way to “break the ice.”
The first step is scheduling your consultation with us. On the day of the appointment arrive 15 minutes early so that we can fill out any paperwork prior to the appointment.
Please bring your insurance ID card and your current medications (bring the bottles) to your first appointment.
